How do I access the Unleash the Dogs fields?
When you arrive on site, please drive towards the large metal gate for the field you have booked. Enter your code on the combination lock and once unlocked, you can open the gate and drive into the enclosure. Close the gate behind you before unloading your dogs. When leaving, please always close the gate behind you and reset the code to 0-0-0-0 to ensure the safety of the fields.
How do I receive the gate code for access?
The gate code for accessing the field will be emailed to you 2 hours prior to your appointment.
Do I need to lock the gate when leaving?
Yes – Please always ensure that the large gate is closed behind you with the code reset to 0-0-0-0. This will prevent misuse of the field.
Are others allowed in the field during my booking?
The field is entirely your own during the time that you have hired the field. You can of course invite family or friends to join you in the field during your session.
What should I do with the dog poo?
Please clean up after your dog and if you see another poo that someone may have missed, then please pick this up so that the field remains clean for everyone to enjoy.
How big are your fields?
Quite big! They vary between 1-2 acres in size which is the equivalent of 1-2 football pitches.
Is there parking available on site?
There is parking as well as a secure unloading area.
When can I make a booking?
Up to 60 days in advance or up to 2hrs before your session if the field is available.
How do I amend my booking?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment using the link sent out in your confirmation email. Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs in advance to qualify for a full refund.
What facilities do you have?
All fields have a shelter, drinking water, exercise equipment and a sensory area for your dogs to enjoy. There are no toliets on site.
What are your opening hours?
7am – 9pm during summer months and 8am – 6pm through winter. Essentially if there is day light we are open for bookings!
How many dogs can I bring?
You can bring a total of 8 dogs to any one field at any time.
Is there water on site?
Yes we harvest rainwater from the shelters for drinking water. We don’t have mains water available on site but we are looking at providing this soon.
How secure are the fields?
Very! We have 6.5ft high fences with buried wire to prevent any tunnelers! We have secure coded gates and CCTV on site. You are responsible for your own and your dogs safety at all times.
